Prices on viviludi.com website are in Canadian dollars, taxes and delivery are not included. Invoices are payable in full and in a single payment at the same time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For all deliveries outside Canada, any customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
All offers, prices or availability of the games offered on our website are subject to change without notice.
The sales tax rate that will apply to an order will be counted according to the delivery address of the order.

All orders can be paid by interac transfer to info@viviludi.com or via the Paypal application.
All Viviludi products are final sales. No exchange, return or refund.

All delivery dates are estimated dates only.
For all pre-order games, delivery time is estimated for fall 2020.
For all merchandise in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
For any order, an average of 1 to 3 working days is estimated for delivery in Quebec. Viviludi can in no case be held responsible for a delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

All Viviludi products are new and have the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, Viviludi undertakes to exchange or refund the product (shipping costs included) with proof of invoice as well as an image of the breakage within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Any refund will be made according to the original payment method
